About Us
• We are a full-service commercial kitchen distributor located in Erie, PA. We were established as an organization dedicated to supplying food service equipment to local customers. Our company has grown in the past 20+ years to being able to provide a full line of equipment to customers in PA, NY, and OH, carrying over 300+ food service equipment brands. Our product line has expanded to include not only cooking equipment, but also commercial refrigeration, small wares, tabletop supplies, restaurant furniture, and much more! Additionally, we have expanded to not only include commercial kitchen equipment distribution, but also kitchen/restaurant design, equipment repair and maintenance as well as a complete brick and mortar retail store.

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:
• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
• Staying informed about competing products and services.
• Upselling products and services.
• Researching and qualifying new leads.
• Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
• Developing quotes and supporting outside sales reps needs
• Actively search, solicit, and develop quotation packages for bid projects and RFPs
• Manage customer service contracts, supply contracts, and renewals
• Assist in customer service inquiries and customer support

Inside Sales Representative Requirements:
• High school diploma/GED.
• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality industry preferred.
• Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and ERP software.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong listening and sales skills.
• Ability to achieve targets.


Compensation:
• $45K - $55K Salary
• Full benefits package offered – healthcare, dental, vision, worker’s compensation

• 8A – 5P; M-F
