1. • Oversee quality control functions, ensuring adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards across all divisions and functional areas, and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
2. Coordinate effectively with the Purchasing Manager to optimize sorting and shipping/receiving processes.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Operational Leadership:
   • Lead and manage the Inventory Division and Engineering Divisions (Parts Lab, division Lab, and equipment Service Lab), with a key focus on production planning to achieve pick-and-ship readiness for the top 300 SKUs by the end of 2025.
   • Oversee production planning aligned with sales forecasts to enhance accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction.
   • Ensure robust inventory management and maintain quality control standards within all divisions.
   • Coordinate with the Purchasing Manager to ensure efficient sorting processes and streamlined shipping and receiving operations.
   • Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
2. Team Management:
   • Hire, manage, and develop a high-performing team within assigned divisions.
   • Conduct performance reviews, provide regular feedback, and ensure alignment with company culture and goals.
   • Lead weekly meetings to monitor performance and address any issues impacting KPIs.
3. Performance & KPIs:
   • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) weekly, ensuring that all teams meet or exceed targets.
   • Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
   • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards across all operations.
   • Deploy and monitor performance against business goals using EOS.
4. assigned Division Oversight:
   • Execute the growth plan for the assigned Division as outlined by the CEO.
   • Ensure the division is equipped with the resources, talent, and processes needed to meet production and quality targets.
   • Provide hands-on leadership, training, and mentoring during initial stages of growth.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
   • Collaborate with the VP of Sales and Marketing to align production schedules and inventory levels with sales forecasts, ensuring timely and high-quality product delivery.
   • Partner with the Director of Purchasing to synchronize inventory, sorting, and shipping processes with operational needs.
   • Work with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
6. Continuous Improvement:
   • Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
   • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and employee engagement.
   • Oversee the adoption of new technologies and automation to enhance productivity and quality.
7. Customer-Focused Leadership:
   • Ensure customer needs are met with precision and timeliness.

   • Collaborate with customer service teams to address and resolve issues promptly.
8. Compliance & Training:
   • Ensure all processes comply with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
   • Implement on-the-job training matrix and maintain updated job descriptions to ensure clear expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive experience in production planning and quality assurance management.
• Proven track record of leading teams, managing performance, and achieving operational targets.
• Strong experience in hiring, firing, and developing talent.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is preferred.
